Edible Cookie Dough Recipes
Healthy Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup, honey or agave
1/4 cup & 1 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
60 grams of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Drain beans, rinse well and pat dry
Put all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) into food processor until well blended
Add chocolate chips
Store leftovers in the fridge. Can be freeze as well
PB2 Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans (drained, rinsed and dry)
30grams of PB2
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp agave
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp water
28g mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Add everything but the chocolate chips into blender. Blend well.
Then mix in the chocolate chips
Refrigerate or freeze leftovers
No Bake Edible Brownie Batter
Ingredients:
1 can black beans-drained and rinsed
1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave
25grams mini M&Ms
2 tbsp water
Directions:
Add everything but M&Ms into blender, and blend well
Add more water if batter is to thick
Add M&Ms and stir
***This dip is great to have with fruit or just eat alone***
