Homemade Bread Recipes


Cinnamon Sugar Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup nonfat greek yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp Coconut sugar (for bites coating)

2 tbsp egg whites (for bites coating)

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 350

Add flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and mix well (I used my kitchenaid, so much easier)

Lightly dust flour on work space, knead the dough a few times so it’s not sticky

Roll into little bites

Brush egg whites all over and sprinkle coconut sugar on top

Bake in air fryer for 8-10mins

***Pairs really well with Nonfat greek yogurt, the coconut one is my favorite with these***

 

Blueberry Bagel Bites

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup flour

1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp kosher salt

1 tbs vanilla extract

Handful of blueberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Add everything and mix well (I used my kitchenaid)

Lightly dust flour on work space, knead the dough a few times so its not sticky

Roll into 12 balls

Brush egg whites on top

Divide 1 tsp sugar between all bites and sprinkle on top

Bake for 16-20mins

 

Homemade Bread sticks

Ingredients:

1 cup unbleached all purpose flour

1 cup nonfat greek yogurt

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tbsp parmesan cheese, mixed with 1 tbsp garlic salt

1 egg white, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 Place parchment paper on baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray

Combine all ingredients (Using a kitchaid mixer is the easiest)

Lightly dust flour on work surface

Knead dough a few times so its not sticky

Divide into 8 parts

Roll into breadsticks

Brush egg whites on top, and top with parmesan cheese mixture

Bake for 18-20 minutes
